Dils Srl is seeking an IT Proximity Team Leader in Milan for a hybrid role combining on-site and remote work. You will coordinate IT support activities within a defined geographical area, manage a team, ensure service excellence, and deliver IT projects on time.

This role acts as a bridge between business units, central IT teams, and local stakeholders to ensure operational continuity. The ideal candidate has strong ITIL knowledge, experience in luxury retail would be a plus, and solid project

Competenze

• English fluent (C1-C2).
• French – nice to have.
• Experience in Luxury Retail is a plus.
• Project Management Certification (PMI, Prince) and Agile Methodology is a plus.
• Knowledge of Service Now or any other tool for incident, problem, change and asset management.
• Deep knowledge of ITIL processes especially incident, change, problem, asset management (ITIL Foundation certification is a plus).

Mansioni

• Manage the IT proximity team within geographical area and ensure coverage.
• Coordinate IT support activities and project delivery with stakeholders.
• Monitor service delivery and KPIs, ensure operational excellence.
• Collaborate with Local HR and Group IT on budget and resources.
• Define and execute evolution plans for the team.
