CIAS Elettronica S.r.l. in Milan area is seeking a Technical Service Specialist to join our international team. The role combines remote and on-site technical support, post-sales consulting, training, and collaboration with the Sales team.

You will diagnose issues, deliver product demonstrations, support Italy and overseas projects, travel up to 25%, and help improve support processes.

Competenze

Several years of professional experience in technical service, technical support, field service, or a similar role.
Excellent command of spoken and written English – mandatory.
Degree, diploma, or equivalent technical background in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, IT, or a related field.
Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and technical software/applications.
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the working time, both in Italy and internationally.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
Ability to manage priorities and work effectively under pressure.

Mansioni

Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers, including installation, commissioning, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting.
Diagnose technical issues and identify effective solutions for CIAS security systems.
Deliver technical training and product demonstrations, both on-site and online, during pre-sales and post-sales activities.
Provide technical support to the Sales team in Italy and international markets.
Analyze technical specifications, customer requirements, and international project tenders.
Support the Sales department during trade shows, seminars, exhibitions, and technical events.
Work closely with R&D and Technical Marketing to support product development and market activities.
Contribute to continuous improvement of technical support processes and customer satisfaction.
