Electrolux Professional is seeking an IT Delivery Coordinator for Italy. You will ensure reliable, secure, and efficient IT services across the two plants, with hands-on operations and close collaboration with Engineering, Production and R&D.

You’ll govern factory systems, infrastructure, and digital initiatives. The role requires coordinating with central IT and vendors, managing local IT backbone, and supporting manufacturing software deployments while ensuring IT standards and security

Competenze

• Strong knowledge of workplace IT, networking, and local infrastructure.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Basic understanding of IT/OT integration and cybersecurity.

Mansioni

• Manage end-user devices (PCs, shopfloor terminals, monitors) and local infrastructure.
• Act as primary escalation point for IT issues impacting plant operations.
• Coordinate with central IT and vendors for incident resolution.
• Own local IT backbone including switches, access points, connectivity, and cabling.
• Coordinate with external vendors for cabling and infrastructure upgrades.
• Ensure performance, reliability, and documentation of plant infrastructure.
• Act as IT point of contact for Engineering and Production stakeholders.
• Support deployment and lifecycle of manufacturing and OT-related applications.
• Ensure alignment with IT standards and security policies.
• Manage external service providers and ensure SLA compliance.
• Support procurement and lifecycle of IT assets.
• Define and manage annual IT budget for both plants.
• Monitor costs and identify optimization opportunities.
• Support CEO and C-level events ensuring reliable IT and network readiness.
• Guarantee network performance for executive presentations and factory demos.
• On-site presence in Vallenoncello but regular travel between locations
