Dils Srl is seeking an IT Proximity Team Leader in Milan for a hybrid role combining on-site and remote work. You will coordinate IT support activities within a defined geographical area, manage a team, ensure service excellence, and deliver IT projects on time.

This role acts as a bridge between business units, central IT teams, and local stakeholders to ensure operational continuity. The ideal candidate has strong ITIL knowledge, experience in luxury retail would be a plus, and solid project

Competenze

• English fluent (C1-C2).
• French – nice to have.
• Experience in Luxury Retail is a plus.
• Project Management Certification (PMI, Prince) and Agile Methodology is a plus.
• Knowledge of Service Now or any other tool for incident, problem, change and asset management.
• Deep knowledge of ITIL processes especially incident, change, problem, asset management (ITIL Foundation certification is a plus).

DILS - Digital Innovation Line Service S.r.l., Società di servizi informatici ricerca: IT Proximity Team Leader: We are currently seeking a Proximity Team Leader for a well-established international company operating in the luxury retail sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating IT support activities within their geographical area, ensuring high service standards, the successful delivery of IT projects, and the effective management of team resources. This role serves as a key liaison between the business, central IT teams, and local stakeholders, with the objective of ensuring operational continuity, service excellence, and the successful adoption of technology solutions that support business needs.

ACTIVITIES

People Management

• Manages the team under his/her geographical perimeter
• Recruit, coach, set objectives and appraise
• Define and maintain an evolution plan for his team
• Organize the shifts in order to ensure the required coverage
• Maintain continuous relation with the Local HR department

Finance Management

• Participate to the budget elaboration as well as the quarterly review
• Prepare the inputs about the hardware / maintenance under his scope
• Propose any necessary changes/amendments to the budget

Project Management

• Participate to the project / activities roadmap definition and execution
• Capture proactively the activities from the relevant entities / Group IT
• Book the relevant resources in order to participate to the delivery in alignment with the Project Manager assigned
• Follow and promote the Group IT project management methodology

Service Management

• Monitor and report about the delivery and support of the Business services in scope for his/her area
• Detect and report proactively about any pattern or malfunction
• Produce/share the KPI and maintain acceptable evolution trends
• Promotes best practices and ensure "operational excellence" in agreement with Group IT and FSS standards
• Follow (or seek for evolution) and promote the Group IT standards

REQUIREMENTS

• Technical skills Intermediate knowledge of Windows OS, MacOS, Android and Mobile iOS
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft O365 in particular MS Office and collaboration tools (Teams, Sharepoint, Onedrive)
• Basic knowledge of Device MDM (Workspace1,Intune)
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Identity and Management tools (Saviynt is a plus)
• Basic knowledge of Networking (mainly Cisco) and voice solutions (mainly Teams PSTN)
• Experience in Luxury Retail is a plus
• Project Management You are organized and autonomous and have demonstrate solid communication and analytical skills, proactivity, and team spirit. You are client oriented and open-minded
• Project Management Certification (PMI, Prince) and Agile Methodology is a plus
