PowerToFly is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead customer projects across the Mediterranean Europe region from Milan. You will drive delivery across the project lifecycle, ensuring maximum customer value and satisfaction.

Responsibilities include planning, budgeting, coordinating teams and suppliers, and maintaining executive relationships. A strong track record in IT/services deliveries and fluency in Italian and English are required, with a hybrid work setup offered.

Competenze

• Master’s degree required in Engineering, Computer Engineering, Management Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Project Management within Services & Consulting or IT in software environments.
• Proven experience delivering customer-facing projects with resource planning and budget management.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills managing multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent customer relationship and communication skills, including interaction with C-level stakeholders.
• Proficiency in problem solving and advising on solutions for customers.
• PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Fluent in Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Lead customer projects from planning through closure, managing scope, timeline, budget, resources and deliverables.
• Coordinate and guide project teams, Partners and Subcontractors, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Build strong relationships with customers, including C-level stakeholders, and manage escalations and change requests.
• Support presales activities, including project planning, budget definition, staffing, risk assessment and SOW definition.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring governance and timely issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with Value Engagement standards and maximize reuse of Best Practices.
• Monitor and report project performance, KPIs and financials using 3DS PM tools.
• Identify new business opportunities and capture project lessons learned.
