Richemont is looking for an FSS Proximity Team Leader for Retail and Corporate in Turbigo, Italy. This role involves managing the IT support team, ensuring efficient service delivery across corporate and retail sites, and participating in budget management.

The ideal candidate will have strong IT competencies, including knowledge of Microsoft O365 and networking, along with excellent communication skills. The position offers a salary range of 60K–70K€, along with meal vouchers and a bonus plan.

Descrizione del lavoro

Reporting to the IT Support Manager Italia and representing the Group IT department, the FSS Proximity Team Leader for Retail and Corporate is a member of the Field Services and Support (FSS) team within I&O.

Responsible for delivering effective IT support on‑site or remotely across the FSS perimeter for corporate sites located in the Milano metropolitan area and the retail network in Italy belonging to Richemont Group.

Assist in continuous enhancement of the FSS organization at a regional level, aligning with Group IT and business objectives. Support business‑driven project initiatives such as new retail/manufacturing openings, closures, refurbishment, special events, and local workplace evolution.

Ultimate aim: deliver a high‑quality, value‑added service fully aligned with business requirements, actively engaging users in available technology.

People Management

• Manage the team under his/her geographical perimeter
• Recruit, coach, set objectives and appraise
• Define and maintain an evolution plan for the team
• Organise shift schedules to ensure required coverage
• Maintain continuous relation with the Local HR department

Finance Management

• Participate in budget elaboration and quarterly review
• Prepare inputs about hardware/maintenance under his/her scope
• Propose necessary changes or amendments to the budget

Project Management

• Participate in project/activity roadmap definition and execution
• Capture proactively activities from relevant entities/Group IT
• Book resources to align with assigned Project Manager
• Follow and promote Group IT project‑management methodology

Service Management

• Monitor and report delivery and support of business services in scope
• Detect and report proactively patterns or malfunctions
• Produce/share KPIs and maintain acceptable evolution trends
• Promote best practices and ensure operational excellence in agreement with Group IT and FSS standards
• Follow, seek, and promote Group IT standards

Technical Skills

• Intermediate knowledge of Windows OS, macOS, Android and iOS mobile
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft O365, especially MS Office, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive
• Basic knowledge of Device MDM (Workspace ONE, Intune)
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory and identity management tools (Saviynt is a plus)
• Basic knowledge of networking (mainly Cisco) and voice solutions (mainly Teams PSTN)
• Experience in luxury retail is a plus

Project Management Skills

• Organised, autonomous, with solid communication and analytical skills, proactivity, and team spirit
• Client oriented and open‑minded
• Project Management Certification (PMI, Prince) and Agile methodology is a plus

Service Management – Detailed Knowledge Required For

• Knowledge of ServiceNow or any other tool for incident, problem, change, and asset management
• Deep knowledge of ITIL processes, especially incident, change, problem, asset management (ITIL Foundation certification is a plus)
