WIIT S.p.A. in Milan (Italy) seeks a Solution Architect with a strong pre-sales background to structure value-driven cloud solutions for customers. The role supports Sales and Channel Partners while drafting technical offers and coordinating with Operations.

Location: Milan with a hybrid model (6 days of remote work per month) and frequent client visits. The position emphasizes English proficiency, cloud expertise, and a solid understanding of DR/BC concepts.

Competenze

At least 2 years of experience in pre-sales or similar roles.
High School Diploma or Scientific Degree.

Mansioni

Analyze customer business objectives, technical requirements and pain points
Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams on strategic projects
Supporting the design of technical solutions tailored to customer requirements according to WIIT's methodology and service positioning
Supporting Sales and Channel Partner teams throughout all phases of the sales process and customer management
Proactively proposing new solutions consistent with the evolution of Cloud services to be included in WIIT's service portfolio
Collaborating with Project, Service Delivery, and Operations teams during service implementation phases, as well as gathering requirements for upselling opportunities with existing customers
Drafting technical offer documents and presentations for WIIT services
