Qualifications

• 2-3 years of IT experience in desktop support.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 and PC hardware troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with mobile device management including IOS and Android.

Responsibilities

• Provide first/second level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.
• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows 10, 11 and Microsoft Office.
• Perform general preventative maintenance tasks on computers and printers.
