A global IT services provider in Aosta is seeking a capable Desktop Support Technician to provide on-site support for desktop computing environments. Responsibilities include installing and maintaining operating systems, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with other IT teams. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, with at least 1 year of relevant experience. Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills are essential. This role may require flexibility in scheduling to accommodate support needs.

Competenze

• 1+ year of experience in a desktop support, helpdesk or IT technician role.
• Experience with macOS or Linux environments is preferred.
• IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified are a plus.

Mansioni

• Provide first- and second-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Respond to service requests and incidents via ticketing system, phone, or in-person.
• Set up and configure new employee workstations, including user accounts and permissions.
