The ideal candidate will possess at least a year of direct experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing user accounts, and assisting with onboarding processes. This role is crucial for ensuring seamless IT operations and requires a proactive approach to user support.

Competenze

• 1+ year of experience in a desktop support, helpdesk, or IT technician role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and basic networking concepts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
