ITAZON Technologies is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to deliver onsite L1/L2 technical support in Milan. You will handle Windows environments, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 while resolving issues with a strong focus on customer service and SLA compliance.

The role requires hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting, collaboration with vendors, and support for AV and mobile/Mac devices. This full-time onsite position in Milan targets professionals with robust IT support experience.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science/IT.
Experience providing L1/L2 desktop support in enterprise environments.
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.

Mansioni

Provide onsite L1 and L2 desktop support to end users.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, networking, and application issues.
Support Microsoft Windows environments, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, printers, laptops, and peripherals.
Manage incidents and requests through ticketing/helpdesk systems.
Ensure requests are resolved within SLAs.
Perform hardware installation, maintenance, diagnostics and repair.
Configure and support desktop/laptop/workstation deployments.
Coordinate with third-party vendors for hardware/service issues.
Support AV equipment and meeting room technologies.
Provide basic administration for macOS and mobile devices (MDM).
