What you’ll do

• Be involved in a wide range of international HR projects (e.g. Employer Reputation activities)
• Contribute to our success by taking over recruitment processes
• Coordinate training and workshop logistics and coordination - including ordering materials, communicating with internal leaders, managing online communication tools, etc.
• Support processes / operations of the respective Henkel team
• Comply with Henkel's internal guidelines, rules and regulations
