TD SYNNEX Italy is seeking an Internal Sales Specialist for the Hybrid Cloud Business Unit, focusing on Veeam solutions. You will build customer and vendor relationships, drive inside sales, and generate new business to achieve revenue and margin targets.

The role requires 1–2 years in sales or related customer-facing roles, strong communication, and a target-driven mindset. Hybrid work arrangement is offered with 2 days in office and 3 days at home.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in sales / inside sales / customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication skills and telephone presence.
• Target-driven mindset with focus on KPIs and performance.

Responsabilités

• Proactively manage the customer lifecycle.
• Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships (including Veeam).
• Drive inside sales activity using data insights and customer intelligence.
• Generate new business via outbound calls, emails, and campaigns.
• Identify opportunities through pipeline development and project-based selling.
• Manage sales opportunities end-to-end or collaborate with presales teams.
• Provide and negotiate pricing, promotions, and solutions.
• Drive vendor-focused sales initiatives (Veeam).
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline in CRM systems.
• Ensure accurate forecasting and timely deal closure.
