Job summary

TD SYNNEX is seeking a Technical Presales Specialist with Veeam expertise to support Sales and partners across Italy. You will design, validate, and present backup, recovery, cyber resilience, and data protection solutions, enabling successful adoption while aligning with internal teams.

You will stay current on Veeam technologies, deliver PoCs and workshops, and assist with RFPs and technical proposals, in a hybrid Italian-based role.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Technical Presales, Systems Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Infrastructure Engineer role.
• Preferred knowledge of Veeam Backup & Replication, Veeam Data Platform, and modern data protection solutions.
• Experience delivering customer presentations and technical demonstrations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Veeam certifications are highly desirable.
• Fluent Italian and English.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical pre-sales support for the Veeam portfolio.

• Stay current on Veeam technologies, certifications, and industry trends.
• Support partner enablement through technical training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
