Job summary

TD SYNNEX Italy is seeking a Technical Presales Specialist with strong Veeam expertise to support sales teams and partners across Italy. • Preferred knowledge of Veeam Backup & Replication, Veeam Data Platform, and modern data protection solutions.
• Experience delivering customer presentations and technical demonstrations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Veeam certifications are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical pre-sales support for the Veeam portfolio.
• Design and validate backup, recovery, cyber resilience, and data protection solutions.
• Deliver technical presentations, workshops, demonstrations, and PoCs; support partner engagement.
• Assist partners throughout the sales cycle from technical discovery to solution positioning.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architects, and Veeam to develop customer opportunities.
• Act as the trusted technical advisor for partners and guide solution choices.
• Stay current on Veeam technologies, certifications, and industry trends.
• Support partner enablement via technical training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Assist with RFPs, technical documentation, and solution proposals.

• Act as the trusted technical advisor for partners, helping them select the best solution for their business requirements.
• Stay current on Veeam technologies, certifications, and industry trends.
• Support partner enablement through technical training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Assist with RFPs, technical documentation, and solution proposals.

What We’re Looking For
