Job summary

TD SYNNEX is seeking an Internal Sales Specialist within the Cisco Business Unit, focusing on Cisco solutions. You will build strong customer and vendor relationships, drive inside sales, and generate new business with outbound calls and campaigns.

This hybrid role offers 2 days in the office and 3 days remote, with opportunities for career progression in a global organization and ongoing development of product knowledge in backup, recovery, and data protection solutions.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in sales/inside sales/customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication skills and telephone presence.
• KPI-driven with ability to meet targets and manage pipelines.
• Experience with CRM tools and sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage the customer lifecycle.
• Build relationships with Cisco and internal stakeholders.
• Drive inside sales activity using data insights.
• Generate new business via outbound calls, emails, campaigns.
• Identify opportunities through pipeline development.
• Manage sales opportunities end-to-end or with presales.
• Provide and negotiate pricing, promotions, solutions.
• Drive vendor-focused sales initiatives (Cisco).
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline in CRM.
• Ensure accurate forecasting and timely deal closure.
