A leading European financial institution is seeking a Banking and Finance Lawyer specialized in Hungarian law to provide legal advice for lending operations. This full-time role involves drafting legal documentation, managing client negotiations, and advising on complex financial transactions. The ideal candidate will have a law degree from Hungary, at least 5 years of experience in project financing, and fluency in English and Hungarian. The position is based in Luxembourg and includes relocation support.

Competenze

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in banking and/or project financing.
• Expertise in drafting and negotiating finance documents in English.
• Good knowledge of Hungarian language is required.

Mansioni

• Draft and negotiate legal documentation for financing operations.
• Offer legal advice on matters related to the EIB’s lending operations.
• Manage contacts and negotiations with the Bank’s clients.
