Company Description

We are looking for an HR Manager Retail for a major Fashion Company with HQ in Milan, Italy.

The candidate will be responsible for all HR-related tasks, with a strong focus on Recruitment, Performance Management, Payroll, and Administration, as well as Legal Issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Retail Manager to support the business and implement the Store Business action plan
• Recruit and conduct screening interviews for store staff positions and make recommendations for new hires
• Contribute to expense control by managing payroll and forecast/budget process
• Participate in creating a collaborative environment and foster open and constructive communication with employees
• Manage HR disciplinary actions in partnership with Store and Retail Management

We are seeking an experienced HR professional with a strong background in Retail HR activities, preferably in the Fashion sector.
