A leading renewable energy company is looking for an HSQE Manager to oversee Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental operations in Italy. The role involves developing policies, ensuring compliance with regulations, and promoting HSQE culture across wind and solar farms. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in HSE management within the renewable energy sector, especially in wind and solar. This position is based in Milan and offers a full-time contract.

Reporting to the Head of Global HSQE, The HSQE Manager Italy will be responsible for the coordination of the Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental for Italy. The HSQE Manager will set up and monitor an ongoing and dynamic approach to Health & Safety, Quality and Environment, supporting the operation of Nadara wind and solar farms.
The HSQE Manager will work closely with global and local teams, including Asset Maintenance, Asset Management, as well as external consultants and contractors, to drive a strong HSQE culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and continuously improve safety and environmental performance across Nadara’s operations in Italy.
