Job summary

Rotork plc is hiring an HSE Engineer to ensure compliance with safety standards across the organization. The role involves identifying hazards, mitigating risks, and implementing prevention plans. You will coordinate ASPP tasks per D.Lgs. 81/2008 and report on KPI performance.

You will conduct audits, Gemba walks and root-cause analyses, driving continuous improvement in health, safety and environmental performance. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in applying safety and environmental regulations.
• Ability to analyze data, assess risks and propose effective controls.
• Familiarity with ASPP and D.Lgs 81/2008 requirements.

Responsibilities

• Identify hazards and mitigate risks in the workplace.
• Coordinate Risk Prevention and Protection Service activities.
• Perform internal audits and KPI reporting; implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with management to improve HSE performance and compliance.
