OPIS s.r.l. is seeking a motivated Training & Development Assistant Intern to support our HR team with employee training, onboarding, e-learning and development activities at our Desio HQ near Milan.

You will assist with planning and coordinating internal and external training, maintain training records, and support onboarding processes while gaining exposure to global CRO operations. This internship offers growth into a permanent role.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field.
• Native Italian and excellent English, both written and verbal.
• Good Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Team-oriented, proactive and eager to learn.

Aufgaben

• Support the planning and coordination of internal and external training.
• Maintain training records and update activities in our system.
• Assist with onboarding and induction plans for new employees.
• Managing employees’ remote working agreements.
• Updating the company organizational chart.
• Support corporate e-learning platforms and employee skills assessments.
• Coordinate the collection and updating of employee CVs.
• Assist with audits, inspections and HR documentation when required.
