Saipem invites applications for an HR Development intern within the Human Resources & Organisation Function, focusing on People Learning and Development activities. You will analyse aggregated survey data, draft individual development plans, monitor development processes and assist in apprenticeship training planning.

Competenze

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in economics or related fields (or Sociology/Psychology or Master HR).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Soft skills: reliability, accuracy, teamwork, analysis.
• Nice to have: prior training experience.

Mansioni

• Analyze aggregated data from annual employee surveys.
• Draft individual development plans.
• Prepare monitoring reports on development processes.
• Plan and monitor training for apprenticeship employees.
• Manage enrollment and payment for external courses per company processes.
• Prepare reports related to training activities.
• Support training operating systems and troubleshoot issues.
