LG Electronics in Milan is seeking passionate graduates for an Internship Track – Human Resources. You will join a multinational HR team and gain hands-on experience across Recruitment, Talent Development, and HR Administration.

From posting jobs and screening candidates to coordinating interviews, onboarding, training, and data management, you will support key HR processes and contribute to employer branding initiatives. This internship offers mentorship and exposure to a global organization.

Competenze

• Final-year student or recent graduate in HR, psychology, business administration, or economics.
• Availability for a full-time, on-site internship.
• Fluent in English and Italian (spoken and written).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Structured mindset with the ability to manage multiple activities.
• Proficient in Excel and comfortable with data in HR systems.
• Interest in HR processes and organizational dynamics.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
• Professional attitude with confidentiality awareness.

Mansioni

• Support end-to-end recruitment, including postings, CV screening, and interview coordination.
• Assist in organizing interview activities with hiring managers.
• Update and maintain candidate data in HR and ATS systems.
• Support employer branding, including career site content, university relations, and internship programs.
• Prepare recruitment reports and monitor hiring pipelines and KPIs.
• Support onboarding and pre-boarding for new hires.
• Assist in coordinating internal training programs.
• Support HR projects on engagement, performance, and development.
• Collect and analyze feedback from surveys and HR initiatives.
• Support daily HR administrative tasks and data management.
• Assist in preparing HR documentation, contracts, and reports.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems.
• Coordinate with payroll, HR operations, and external partners when needed.
• Act as first-level support for HR queries.
