Job summary

BoF Careers in Trebaseleghe, Italy, is seeking an intern for the People & Organization team to support Operations functions. The role is full-time for six months with immediate start.

You will assist the HR Business Partner, keep the HR database updated, monitor KPIs and analytics, and help define recruiting needs and draft job descriptions. A monthly internship allowance is provided along with meal vouchers.

Qualifications

• Master or Bachelor degree in Economics, Humanities or Labor Consultant.
• Proficient in English.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Confident communication skills at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Providing support to the HR Business Partner in employee relations activities.
• Maintaining accurate data in the HR team's database.
• Monitoring HR KPI's and analytics reports.
• Defining recruiting needs and drafting job descriptions.
• Actively supporting internal HR projects.
