Job summary

Bosch Rexroth Italia is seeking an HR Intern to join the HR team and gain hands-on experience across the employee lifecycle. You will actively support HR Administration, Training & Development, and Organization/HR Business Partnering activities.

As a recent graduate or student, you will contribute to onboarding and offboarding, assist with training logistics, and help prepare HR reports with Excel while collaborating with managers to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Education: pursuing or recently graduated in Human Resources, Economics, or Management Engineering.
• Technical skills: proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; SAP familiarity is a plus.
• Languages: good knowledge of English (B2) and fluent Italian.
• Soft skills: attention to detail, proactive mindset, organized, and able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support HR Administration activities across onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and logistics of Training & Development programs.
• Support internal HR projects within an HRBP model and organizational tasks.
• Prepare recurring HR reports and data analysis using Microsoft Excel.
• Collaborate with HR team and department managers to optimize workflows.
