Job summary

Bosch Rexroth in Lombardy seeks a motivated HR Intern to join the HR team and gain hands-on experience across the entire employee lifecycle. You will actively support HR Administration, Training & Development, and organizational HR projects to help drive people initiatives.

Responsibilities include onboarding/offboarding support, SAP ticketing and payroll data handling, coordinating trainings, and preparing HR reports with Excel.

Qualifications

• Onboarding and offboarding administrative support.
• Manage relationships with universities and agencies for internship activations and documentation.
• Provide operational support for SAP ticketing, payroll input data, and employees' daily administrative requests.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and logistics of training programs.

Responsibilities

• Support internal HR communications and organizational tasks.
• Prepare recurring HR reports and data analysis using Excel.
• Collaborate with HR team and department managers in HR Business Partnering model.
