Alpitronic is excited to welcome graduates to its HR Trainee Program in Bolzano, offering rotations across HR functions to learn the full employee lifecycle. You will participate in recruitment, onboarding, workforce analytics and talent development within a fast-growing international company.

Ideal candidates bring a degree in HR/Business/psychology/economics/law, strong MS Office skills, and fluency in English, German and Italian.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Economics, Law, or a related field.
• Recent graduates or candidates at the beginning of their professional career are welcome to apply.
• Previous internship or academic projects in HR are a plus.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good knowledge of English, German and Italian.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of our HR Trainee Program, you will rotate through different HR functions and gain a comprehensive understanding of modern Human Resources management. During the program, you will:

• Support recruitment and talent acquisition activities, including candidate communication, interview coordination, and progressively taking ownership of interviews, as well as employer branding initiatives
• Gain insights into onboarding, employee lifecycle management, time and attendance and HR administration processes
• Contribute to learning & development, training coordination, and talent management initiatives
• Support HR projects related to organizational development, employee engagement, and process optimization
• Collaborate with different HR teams and stakeholders to understand business needs and HR best practices
• Assist with HR reporting, data analysis, and documentation activities
• Participate in cross-functional projects and contribute ideas to improve HR processes and employee experience

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Economics, Law, or a related field
• Recent graduates or candidates at the beginning of their professional career are welcome to apply
• Previous internship, working student experience, or academic projects in Human Resources are considered a plus
• Good MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong interest in HR processes and people-related topics
• Analytical mindset and willingness to learn
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and hands-on approach as well as strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to develop in different HR areas
