The role emphasizes learning HR processes, recruitment, onboarding, training, and data-driven reporting while collaborating with a diverse, international team. An opportunity for hands-on development within a leading tire industry company.

• Master's degree in economics, law, or philosophy; HR management masters preferred.

Mansioni

• Support HR Business Partner Manager in managing employee lifecycle across functions.
• Assist in Salary Review, Budget, Workforce planning, Training Management and Performance Management.
• Draft job descriptions, support candidate management, interview coordination and new hire integration.
• Prepare reports, presentations and data analysis on HR topics to monitor trends and key indicators.

DRIVE YOUR FUTURE

You will join the Human Resources team in our Head Quarter, supporting the HR Business Partner Manager, in managing the whole employee life cycle of different functions at global level.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

• HR key processes (Salary Review, Budget, Workforce planning, Training Management, Performance Management, Organizational management);
• Full life cycle recruitment and onboarding processes, supporting job description drafting, candidate management, interview coordination and new hire integration.
• Implementation of people development initiatives, including training plans, career paths, internal mobility and engagement activities.
• Preparing reports, presentations and data analysis on HR topics, helping the team monitor trends, needs and key people-related indicators.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Master's degree in economics/law/philosophy. Post-Graduate Master in HR management is a plus;
• Strong passion for people development, organization designing and analytics;
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive and collaborative approach.
