Prada Group in Milan offers an HR internship to immerse you in our HR operations and learn essential processes. You will assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle tasks while gaining exposure to Italian labor practices in a fast‑paced, international setting.

You will work closely with the HR team, developing skills in talent acquisition, administration, and guidance on HR matters across diverse teams.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in an international environment.
• Fluent in English and Italian.

Mansioni

• Talent Acquisition: support the recruitment process by defining the company needs, coordinating interviews, and liaising with third parties to maintain a steady talent pipeline.
• Onboarding Management: oversee the onboarding process and handle administrative tasks for new hires to ensure a smooth and effective integration
• Employee Lifecycle Management: manage employee lifecycle processes and changes while ensuring adherence to Italian labor laws and internal HR procedures
• HR Guidance: offer advice and guidance to employees on a variety of HR-related issues

JOB PURPOSE

As the first point of contact for employees on HR‑related matters, you will play a crucial role in our team.

• Talent Acquisition: support the recruitment process by defining the company needs, coordinating interviews, and liaising with third parties (such as Talent Acquisition team, headhunters and eventually universities) to maintain a steady talent pipeline
• Onboarding Management: oversee the onboarding process and handle administrative tasks for new hires to ensure a smooth and effective integration
• Employee Lifecycle Management: manage employee lifecycle processes and changes while ensuring adherence to Italian labor laws and internal HR procedures
• HR Guidance: offer advice and guidance to employees on a variety of HR‑related issues
• Collaboration with Centers of Excellence: work with Centers of Excellence to improve the efficiency and connectivity of the HR team across the company

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Master’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field
