Beko Europe in Milano Certosa offers a 6-month internship in the Human Resources Department to support the central HR Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Learning & Development teams. You will engage in recruitment, employer branding, and university relations, while helping with events, intern programs and HR reporting.

Ideal candidates are Master’s students in HR/Business Admin, fluent in Italian and English, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks.

As a new intern within our Human Resources Department, you will join the regional office in Milano Certosa to support the central HR Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Learning & Development team.

Your responsibilities will include

• Acquire practical knowledge in the areas of recruitment, employer branding and university relations, including managing the entire process of internship activation - from initiation to coordinating with hiring managers, to the final interview & onboarding
• The organization and implementation of all the employer branding activities and events
• The strategic projects regarding interns' engagement and development of interns
• Collaborate with Talent Management Team on annual processes and programs, including Performance Management, Talent Assessment & Succession Planning, Engagement Survey, and other annual programs
• Support the Learning & Development Department in the reporting and data management

Are you:

• a Master’s Degree student in HR Management/Business Administration or other related majors, with a passion for HR?
• A proficient user of Pack Office?
