Gruppo Montenegro, an Italian-rooted international group, seeks an HR Services Trainee for the Zola Predosa site. The role supports the Services Team in the employee lifecycle, cost reporting, and HRS projects, with a focus on policy updates and digitalization.

Curricular or extracurricular internships are welcome and training is provided. The program offers a monthly stipend starting at 600€, a laptop, and a flexible, hybrid working approach with some smartworking days.

Competenze

• Academic background in Law, Human Resources or Economics strongly recommended.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Fluent in English.

Mansioni

• Support the HRS team in activities regarding the employee life cycle (Time & Attendance, Expenses, Welfare & Benefits).
• Assist in developing timely and accurate monthly labour cost reports.
• Contribute to projects such as digitalization of the HRS database.
• Help employees with explaining and updating company policies.

For our Zola Predosa site, we are looking for a HR Services Trainee for a curricular or extracurricular internship.

In the role of HR Services Trainee, you will be responsible for provide support in the Services Team.

Responsabilities

• Support the HRS team in activities regarding the employee professional life cycle (Time&Attendance, Expenses Reports, Welfare & Benefits);

• Support in developing timely and accurate monthly labour cost reports

• Work on dedicated projects such as the digitalization of the HRS database;

• Support the employees with the explanation of company’s policies and updating of it;

• Support the employees in all the activities linked to the HRS (Time&Attendance, Expenses Reports etc.);

Requirements

• Academic background in Law, Human Resources, Economics is strong recommended, but we will take in consideration other matchign fields;

• Knowledge of Office package (specifically, excel).

• Fluency in English.

• Analytical mind, comfortable with numbers;

• Strong attention to details;

• Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality.
