A leading fashion brand is seeking an HR Recruiter for their head office in Breganze. The ideal candidate will manage the complete recruitment process and partner with line managers on candidate profiles. Applicants should have over three years of recruitment experience and a keen interest in the fashion industry. Excellent communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential. This role offers a full-time, fixed-term contract.

HR Recruiter – Head Office

Location: Breganze (VI)

Employment type: Fixed term contract, Full‑time

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for Head Office positions, including job posting, CV screening, interviews, and offer management.
  • Partner with Line Managers to understand business needs and define candidate profiles.
  • Actively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruiting channels.
  • Coordinate interviews and provide a smooth and professional candidate experience.
  • Support employer branding initiatives related to talent acquisition.
  • Maintain and update the SuccessFactors platform and recruitment reporting.
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within structured companies or dynamic environments.
  • Strong interest in the fashion/luxury industry.
  • Experience recruiting corporate/Head Office profiles.
  • Good knowledge of recruitment tools and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proactive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to support broader HR activities.
  • High English level is required; knowledge of other languages is considered a plus.
