Role Description

This is a full-time on‑site role for a Hotel Director at Terradimare Resort & Spa in San Teodoro. The Hotel Director will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including managing budgets, developing and implementing sales strategies, leading team training initiatives, and ensuring high service quality in all departments, including Food & Beverage and guest services. The role involves maintaining the resort’s reputation for offering exceptional guest experiences while exploring innovative marketing strategies to increase visibility and occupancy. Collaboration with team members, vendors, and stakeholders will be an essential part of daily operations.
