A leading wealth management firm is seeking a senior leader to head its Southern European markets, including Spain, Portugal, and Italy. This position requires over 10 years of experience, excellent knowledge of UHNW client servicing, and strong commercial strategy development skills. The candidate must demonstrate leadership in managing multicultural teams and a profound understanding of compliance within the designated markets. Proficiency in English and one or more additional languages is necessary for success in this role. A hybrid working model is available.

Competenze

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent knowledge of Italian, Portuguese and Spanish markets.
  • Fluent in English and at least one other language (Italian/Portuguese/Spanish).

Mansioni

Missions

Your mission :

You will be in charge of the department dedicated mainly to the Southern European markets, such as Spain, Portugal and Italy. You will lead the department composed by Wealth Manager and Client Support Officer and you will deploy a commercial strategy to support the development of this different markets.

On a short term view, you will be fully involved by shaping the organisation of the future department and maintaining our customer loyalty .

More into details, you will perform the following missions :

  • Define the commercial strategy to initiate, build and develop new relationship on these markets (UHNW individuals).
  • As an architect of wealth, ensure that all our solutions and services including notably discretionary management, investment advisory, wealth planning and financing are properly introduced to our clients / prospects.
  • Through an accurate understanding of the client’s needs and projects, highlight our various range of solutions and services for a tailor made solution.
  • Contribute actively to the development of your network through prospections and business contributors.
  • Take active part in various projects that impact significantly the department or the bank.
  • Share your knowledge and manage the 3 regional teams by giving them missions, responsibilities and directions in line with their markets.
  • Collaboration and business alignment with CA Indosuez Wealth (Europe) branches in Spain, Portugal and Italy
  • Supervising the sales team in Luxembourg dedicated to the Portuguese market and managing teams in Southern Europe
  • Key client coverage in the area
  • Stay abreast of market developments, regulatory changes and clients’ needs across the targeted markets
  • You will be the promoter of our integrated post-merger model, which includes a wide range of products and services in wealth management, asset management, fund servicing, corporate finance and global markets.
  • Commercial approach including a controlled vision, by identify and manage all risks and compliance issues for the client and the bank, based on latest regulation given by competent national and international Authorities as well as the Group.

11 ans et plus

Expérience

Minimum 10 years’ of experience in a relevant or similar position with excellent knowledge of Italian, Portuguese and Spanish markets as well as the legal / compliance environment of those markets.

Compétences recherchées

Proven track record in servicing a book of UHNWI clients and in acquisition of new clients across European markets.

You demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset and you want to be part of our project of development.

You are able to collaborate with different local functions and within the Indosuez or Credit Agricole Group in order to develop a multibooking approach for our client.

You will be a source of proposals and you will provide strong recommendations for the commercial strategy of the bank.

You are a natural communicator, focused on clients, driven by results with a strong willingness to meet client’s satisfaction.

You are highly skilled in the areas of compliance and risk management. In terms of your commercial approach, you have demonstrated a thorough understanding of the product range and an ability to handle complex projects for major clients.

Experience in management of a large multicultural team with different level of seniority will be considered as a strong asset.

English fluently, Italian and / or Portuguese and / or Spanish. French considered as an asset
