Hermès is looking for an Welcomist Intern in Rome to deliver exceptional client experiences in a luxury fashion retail setting. The role involves greeting clients, understanding their needs, and assisting Sales Associates while queues are managed through Hermès devices.

The candidate should have a linguistics- or fashion-focused bachelor’s degree, fluency in Italian and English, and be comfortable with full-time hours. A third language is advantageous.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in linguistics or fashion/luxury is preferred.
• Fluency in Italian and English; third language is a plus.
• Proficient with Excel and IT tools; capable of using store apps.

Mansioni

• Welcome clients with warmth and hospitality.
• Build relationships to discover client needs and preferences.
• Talk to clients while they wait with the Sales Associate in charge.
• Manage queues via a dedicated Hermès app on store devices.
• Support scheduling of appointments and customer visits.
• Coordinate with Operations for online, after-sales, and reservations deliveries.
