Hermès Italie is seeking a Welcomist to join the Customer Experience team in Rome to deliver exceptional service and bespoke attention to clients. You will welcome guests, build client relationships, and coordinate with Sales Associates for a seamless luxury experience.

The role requires fluency in Italian and English, a hospitality or luxury retail background, and proficiency with Excel/IT tools. The position offers a full-time, temporary contract with competitive starting salary and incentives.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferably with a linguistic or fashion/luxury focus.
• Fluency in Italian and English. A third language will be considered an advantage.
• Professional background: previous experience in similar positions, preferably in a luxury goods boutique or in hospitality.
• Proficient with Excel / IT tools.
• Professionalism, enthusiasm, dynamism, ease of integration and teamwork complete the profile.

Hermès Italie was born in 1987 with the first store in Milan, 21 via Sant'Andrea. Since then, the branch has expanded and continued to grow, leading to its current retail presence in the country: 11 stores, including 2 seasonal openings, 1 pop-up store and 2 flagship stores located in Milan and Rome.

General role

The Welcomist works in the Customer Experience team developing and delivering the most memorable journey for clients, embodying the Brand values and leading his/her team to provide heartfelt and bespoke attention to customers.

Main responsibilities

Welcome clients with a warm and hospitable greeting;

Build strong relationships with clients in order to discover their needs and wishes;

Talk to clients while they wait to be with the Sales Associate in charge of the Métier they are interested in;

Manage customer queues through a dedicated app on Hermès devices;

Assist clients and support sales colleagues in complex situations regarding returns and reservations, etc;

What we offer

Contract Type: Temporary

Working Hours: Full-time

Indicative Starting Gross Annual Salary: €27,000, determined according to objective and gender-neutral criteria.

Variable Pay: Eligibility for an annual incentive plan in line with Company policies.
