Hermès Italie is seeking a Welcomist Intern to deliver the best customer experience and help the daily operations of a luxury store in Italy. The role includes greeting clients, building relationships, and coordinating with Sales Associates across Métier areas.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree (linguistics or fashion/luxury), is fluent in Italian and English, and is proficient with Excel and IT tools. The internship is full-time for six months.
Hermès Italie was born in 1987 with the first store in Milan, 21 via Sant'Andrea. Since then, the branch has expanded and continued to grow, leading to its current retail presence in the country: 11 stores, including 2 seasonal openings, 1 pop-up store and 2 flagship stores located in Milan and Rome.
The Welcomist Intern will deliver and ensure the best customer experience to our clients! He/She will rapidly gain an understanding of retail fashion luxury industry and how an important Store is daily organized.
The Intern will be involved in the following activities:
