Mandarin Oriental, Milan is seeking a Guest Service Agent to join the Front Office team. The role requires delivering courteous front desk service to meet guest expectations with efficiency.

Based in Milan’s Front Office, you will greet guests, manage requests, and collaborate with Concierge, Housekeeping and Reservations to ensure a seamless stay for guests. 2 years of luxury hotel experience and fluency in English and Italian are preferred.

Competenze

• 2 years of luxury hotel experience
• Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English and Italian
• Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills, with multitasking capability

Mansioni

• Greet and escort guests to their rooms
• Handle cash drawer according to hotel procedures
• Check cash float at shift start/end to ensure accuracy
• Record guest preferences from history profiles
• Attend daily Front Office briefings and review communications
• Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously during check-in/check-out
• Coordinate guest services with Concierge, Housekeeping, PBX, Reservations and Room Service
• Communicate with Night Auditor and Accounts Department
• Develop knowledge of Accounts Department for guest and management data requests
• Assist guests in the street lobby
