Starhotels invites you to join the Front Office team as a Guest Service Agent at Hotel Rosa Grand in Milan. You will be the first point of contact, creating memorable experiences during arrival, stay and departure.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling check-in/check-out, managing messages and requests, and staying informed about hotel services and events. You will ensure Front Desk standards and safety compliance, while using Opera PMS.

Competenze

• Experience in the role.
• Fluency in Italian and English required; additional languages a plus.

Mansioni

• Greet guests and respond to inquiries, providing information and assistance.
• Handle check-in and check-out activities and related tasks.
• Manage guest messages and requests promptly.
• Stay updated on hotel services, guest needs and events.
• Ensure lobby and Front Desk standards and safety compliance.
• Follow policies when operating front of house equipment and PMS.
