Leonardo Milan City Center, part of the Leonardo Hotels family, is seeking a Front Office Agent to welcome guests and manage front desk tasks in a busy Milan city center location.

You will handle check-ins/check-outs, provide guest information, and support administrative duties while ensuring high hospitality standards. Fluency in English and Italian is required, with additional languages a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or Tourism studies.
• At least 1 year of experience as front office agent or receptionist.
• Very good spoken and written English and Italian; other languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide the best personal service to guests to make them feel at home.
• Handle check-in and check-out operations.
• Perform administrative tasks related to front desk operations.
• Provide guests with information about the hotel and Milan.
• Answer phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
