Leonardo Milan City Center, part of Leonardo Hotels, seeks a Front Office Agent to welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out at a stylish 4-star property in central Milan. The role requires English and Italian proficiency, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle guest inquiries, assist with information about Milan, and support daily administrative tasks while contributing to a positive guest experience and a professional team

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or Tourism studies.
• At least 1 year of experience as front office agent or receptionist.
• Fluency in English and Italian; other languages are a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Ensure guests feel at home by delivering the highest level of personal service.
• Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
• Handle administrative tasks related to front desk operations.
• Provide guests with information about the hotel and the city of Milan.
• Answer phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.

Your Main Duties

• You make sure the guests feel at home, by providing the best personal service
• Handling the check-in and check-out operations
• Handling administrative tasks
• Providing guests with information they may need about the hotel and town of Milan
• Answering phone calls

Your Profile

• BE YOURSELF- Be authentic and yourself
• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or Tourism studies
• Hospitality is in your veins
• At least 1-year experience as front office agent or reception
• Sense of responsibility, ability to work in team, resistant to stress
• Flexibility in working early, late and night shifts
• Very good speaking and writing skills in English and Italian, other languages are a plus
