You will manage partnerships, analyze data to spot trends, upsell, and collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service to deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Significant commercial experience in retail, FMCG or tech.
• Knowledge of the grocery/food retail sector and its challenges.
• Proven ability to manage long-term relationships with strategic stakeholders.
• Professional fluency in English to collaborate with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership Management: consult for a portfolio of SME retailers, building long-term relationships.
• Growth Consulting: analyze data to identify trends and drive partner profitability and Deliveroo growth.
• Revenue Generation: upsell, cross-sell, and identify new business opportunities within your portfolio.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: work with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service to craft bespoke partner solutions.
• Operational Excellence: be the main contact for strategic partners with timely, scalable solutions.
