Qualifications

• Significant commercial experience in retail, FMCG, or high-growth technology companies.
• Knowledge of the food retail industry and its challenges.
• Proven ability to manage long-term relationships with strategic stakeholders and global brands.
• Professional fluency in English to collaborate with global teams and partners.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership Management: act as the primary consultant for a portfolio of diverse small and medium retail partners, building deep, long‑term relationships.
• Growth Consulting: use data manipulation and analysis to identify trends, driving profitability and growth for partners and Deliveroo.
• Revenue Generation: upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities within your portfolio.
• Cross‑Functional Leadership: collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service to develop bespoke solutions for partner challenges.
• Operational Excellence: be the main point of contact for strategic partners, addressing complex issues with professional, scalable solutions.
