We are looking for our new Group Communication Manager tobuild our group communicationfunction from the ground up, by developing and executing a communicationstrategy supportive of Galileo’s objectives. Reporting to the CEO and workingdirectly with the leadership team, this person will shapethe company’s narrative, build the positive attributes of Galileo in the energytransition and grow the appreciation of the company as a partner, corporatecitizen and employer. They will be based in Milan (with the possibility of hybrid remote working).
What you’ll do:
- Develop and implement a corporate communicationstrategy towards all stakeholders that showcases in an effective mannerGalileo’s achievements and future vision;
- Lead and execute communication activities acrossdigital and traditional channels, including content creation, event management,website and LinkedIn page oversight;
- Act as an internal advisor for the leadershipteam, providing strategic communication insights and innovative ideas;
- Build and foster a communication culture withinthe Group, empowering colleagues to improve their skills for communicating effectivelyand safely;
- Manage and evolve Galileo’s brand identity,updating brand positioning, guidelines, and materials, including overseeingbranding activities at sub-group level post M&A;
- Decline and adapt the communication strategy forlocal markets, ensuring tailored actions are taken to support local developmentwhere needed;
- Select and manage partners and suppliers for thecommunication function and manage the budget.

Requirements
What you’ll need:
- At least 6 years of experiencein communication, with growing responsibilities in strategy and execution. Previousexperience in the energy or infrastructure sector will be considered a plus;
- Experience in institutionalcommunication, including for listed company, is very much appreciated;
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree,preferably in communications, public relations, or a related field;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills inEnglish; another European language is a plus;
- Working knowledge of MS Officeand relevant communication tools;
- Ability to adapt to diversework environments, from small and dynamic companies to more institutionalcorporates;
- Intellectual curiosity, creativity and passionfor the energy transition.
