Overview

Within the Group Chief People & Organization Office, we are seeking a talented and proactive professional to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Managing end-to-end select Group Academy training activities, from needs analysis to execution.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of learning and development initiatives.
  • Designing and delivering programs such as classroom training, workshops, speaker series, panel discussions, e-learning, and team-building activities.
  • Serving as the liaison for internal and external trainers to support course and curriculum implementation.
  • Coordinating with local and global Learning & Development partners to utilize relevant tools and resources.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Economics or Engineering.
  • At least 10 years of experience focused on training and people development.
  • Strong networking skills and ability to motivate project teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Experience liaising with various corporate stakeholders.
  • Facilitation and training skills.
  • Strong presentation and communication abilities.
