Job summary

Based in Noventa Di Piave, Italy, the role combines technical review with competitive costing, cross‑functional collaboration, and international travel.

The ideal candidate has an engineering background (Electrical/Mechanical/Materials) and experience with tendering processes, SAP, and MS Office. Hybrid work model offered with a base in Italy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Materials Engineering.
• Fluency in Italian and English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Ability to manage complex tendering processes and cost calculations.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client technical specifications and review offers with cross‑functional teams.
• Develop accurate product costing and draft complete commercial offers.
• Negotiate project details and design variations to improve competitiveness.
• Coordinate cross‑functional kick‑off meetings and ensure smooth handover to execution.
• Support customer site visits and participate in public tenders and contracts.
