Job summary

PowerToFly is seeking a Business Planner and Operations Intern for our international Operations Team based in Milan. This internship offers hands-on experience in a multinational company with a dynamic and international environment.

You will support the Business Planner and Operations Director, collaborate with Sales management and resellers, and help optimize business performance and operational efficiency in a structured, hybrid setting.

Qualifications

• MSc degrees in Business Administration, Business Management, Political Sciences, and related fields.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
• Knowledge of IT Systems, skilled in using common Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel, and Analytics tools.
• Possess a “can do” attitude.
• Strong interest in Technology and IT Industries.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, team-player and efficient work organization.
• Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory (another language like Russian and Kazakh will be considered a big plus).

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales management, Partner Sales Managers and resellers in executing the business strategy to optimize performance and efficiency.
• Assist in managing forecast, pipeline, and baseline accuracy for all Revenue Types and dimensions.
• Ensure Opportunities and Leads information is up to date in compliance with guidance.
• Assist in approving/rejecting Partners’ Leads and Opportunities registrations.
