PowerToFly is seeking a Business Planner and Operations Intern for our international Operations Team based in Milan. This internship offers hands-on experience in a multinational company with a dynamic and international environment.

You will support the Business Planner and Operations Director, collaborate with Sales management and resellers, and help optimize business performance and operational efficiency in a structured, hybrid setting.

Competenze

MSc degrees in Business Administration, Business Management, Political Sciences, and related fields.
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
Knowledge of IT Systems, skilled in using common Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel, and Analytics tools.
Possess a “can do” attitude.
Strong interest in Technology and IT Industries.
Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
Enthusiastic, proactive, team-player and efficient work organization.
Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory (another language like Russian and Kazakh will be considered a big plus).

Mansioni

Support the Sales management, Partner Sales Managers and resellers in executing the business strategy to optimize performance and efficiency.
Assist in managing forecast, pipeline, and baseline accuracy for all Revenue Types and dimensions.
Ensure Opportunities and Leads information is up to date in compliance with guidance.
Assist in approving/rejecting Partners’ Leads and Opportunities registrations.
