A leading sales and marketing technology company in Milan is seeking a Junior Operations Assistant to support the Sales team. The ideal candidate will assist the Regional Country Manager, create presentations, analyze sales data, and manage administrative tasks. The role requires fluency in English and Italian, with a degree in Economics or Business Administration preferred. The position offers a paid internship with hybrid work options.

Competenze

• Previous experience in a commercial fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English and native Italian; Spanish is a plus.
• Ideal experience in supporting Management.

Mansioni

• Support the Regional Country Manager with various admin tasks.
• Assist in creating PowerPoint presentations.
• Work on Excel reports and analyze Sales data.
• Ensure all documentation is correctly presented to customers.
• Interact with Sales department for back-office support.
• Manage relationships with different Business Units.
• Handle sales queries and requests.
