PowerToFly is seeking a Facility Specialist to join the Mediterranean Europe team in Milan. You will manage day-to-day facility operations regionally, ensuring safe, functional workplaces, and coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers.

You will monitor buildings, coordinate maintenance and services, manage space allocation, and support sustainability and fleet operations. This role offers a hybrid work model with occasional travel across Europe.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years in Facility Management or similar role.
• Fluent in Italian and English; French is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proactive approach with ability to anticipate issues and identify improvements.
• Good negotiation skills and ability to manage suppliers and costs.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in an international environment.

Mansioni

• Manage day-to-day and extraordinary facilities activities across the region.
• Monitor buildings, systems and infrastructure for safety and continuity.
• Coordinate external suppliers and service providers (maintenance, cleaning, security, utilities, catering).
• Support office space allocation and equipment inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and regulations, liaising with HSE, Real Estate, HR, Legal.
• Manage purchase orders, invoices and supplier costs; support supplier performance and contracts.
• Act as a point of contact for employees on facility matters.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and employee experience.
• Support sustainability initiatives related to facilities and workplace operations.
• Provide operational support to the Company Car Fleet Manager.
• Travel to other European offices ~twice a year for facility projects.
