Dassault Systèmes in Milan is seeking a Business Planner and Operations Intern to support the Sales management and resellers, helping optimize business performance and operational efficiency.

You will assist the Director and teams, manage forecasts, opportunities, and leads, and ensure data accuracy in close alignment with guidance, while collaborating across a multinational, fast-paced setting. This role offers a hybrid work policy and an international, dynamic atmosphere.

Competenze

• MSc. Degrees in Business Administration, Business Management, Political Sciences, and related fields.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
• Knowledge of IT Systems, skilled in using common Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel, and Analytics tools.
• Possess a “can do” attitude.
• Strong interest in Technology and IT Industries.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, team-player and efficient work organization.
• Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory (another language like Russian and Kazakh will be considered a big plus).

Mansioni

• Help the Business Planner and Operations Director to support the Sales management, Partner Sales Managers and resellers in the execution of the business strategy to optimize performance and efficiency.
• Support the Management of overall forecast / pipeline / baseline accuracy for all Revenue Types and all dimensions.
• Ensure Opportunities and Leads information are up to date in compliance with guidance.
• Manage (Approve/Reject) Partners’ Leads and Opportunities registration process.
